...and a fun little FAQ~!
How do I know if your alpha's are CU or PU?
Well, each preview clearly states on it, COMMERCIAL USE or PERSONAL USE. Please do not use an alpha that states "personal use" for commercial purposes! That would be wrong and stupid of you! BUT, if you do... then it's on your hands! Once you download my freebies here, you can either abide by what I ask you, or you can do whatever you want! The choice is yours! Make the right choice, hmmm? ;)
How do you make your alphas?
I rummage about for as many different resources as I can. I love to use "styles" in photoshop, and I'm a dedicated user of Monica Larsen's Alpha Maker. It's an action for photoshop that snips and saves the letters individually. It's brilliant and I couldn't live without it. I know other designers have similar actions but I've learned how to use Monica's- and that's what I'm gonna use! :)
Are alpha's time consuming? Why do you go so long between making them?!
Like a lot of people online, I have a life! LOL! I run a popular digital scrapbooking store for tagger (a "tagger" is someone who creates signatures for their e-mails, forums, websites, and just for fun!) sized designers, and I'm also a designer of digital scrapbooking kits which I sell at the store. I've also almost always got my hands in some project here or there, in our industry/community online. I run a blog makeover service as well and design blinkies for customers too! I have two young girls who's lives I'm very much so a part of, and a busy, hard working husband whom I dote after. So my plate is almost ALWAYS full! When I'm not sitting down to design kits, and most importantly, when I see something that inspires and alpha for me, I will whip one up if I have time. It doesn't take me very long generally, an hour or two at the most, I think. As long as I'm not being interrupted! ;) I love fonts, and I especially love alpha's, so doing this is an extreme hobby of mine that I love very much! I'm happy that so many people enjoy my alpha's as well, and they will ALWAYS be free!

The items marked on their preview with "PERSONAL USE" are designed for your personal use and may not be used to make a quick buck. Though with that being said, if you wanna go ahead and do that because you are lazy and don't want to put the hard work into making an alpha- go ahead, I will know you're being naughty... and if karma serves right, others will know too!!!! :P
Please don't offer them in any other graphics collection, on a website, or individually, either for sale or free, create a competing product from them to sell or redistribute, and are not allowed to trade or share these graphics.
You may not add to or distort, alter or re-color any graphic and claim them as your own. (You'd be a big fat liar if you did that!!! Liar, Liar... pants on.... AHHHH! FIRE!!! Bad!!!!)
You may not make any graphics into tubes or brushes and redistribute them in any way.
Do not use these images for obscene or immoral works or for any other purpose that is prohibited by law cuz that's just nasty. Do the right thing! My moral compass leans a lot trust me, but please don't feature my alpha's on anything that has to do with abusing children or animals! The rest, I'm pretty down with! :D
Feel free to alter these images to fit your scrapbooking needs, including resizing, recoloring and cropping as long as credit is given to the designer.
You may use these items for your signature tagging needs and blog design needs, please just remember to credit the designer (moi!).
